All you need is a compatible internet web browser like Opera, Firefox or the new Microsoft Internet Explorer 7. Unfortunately older versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer do not support this feature. When we add any new content, you will automatically receive it.

SELLING
We can sell your property, on a Sole Agency basis, for only 1.5% of the agreed selling price, plus VAT. This includes all local advertising, free inclusion on our website, free inclusion on the Rightmove website and full colour photos (including internal shots where appropriate). On a Multi Agency basis we only charge 2.5% of the agreed selling price, plus VAT.
RENTALS
REAL ESTATES also deal with the letting of all types of domestic residential property - click the "rentals" tab above to view the currently available selection. This list is updated on a daily basis. We also provide free inclusion on Rightmove's website.
LETTING
Renting your property through REAL ESTATES is a quick and efficient process with the full management service costing only a modest 10% of the collected rent, plus VAT and a setting-up fee. Alternatively we also offer a Tenant Finding service for a one-off fee of 75% plus VAT of the first months rent (subject to a minimum fee of £250 plus VAT). Both set-up fees include a full Schedule of Condition report as well as digital photographs.

REFERENCES
All tenants are fully vetted with references from landlords, employers and character referees taken for the last five years and credit checks undertaken. Then, before occupation, a months rent plus a larger security deposit must be paid.
